Robert Eugene Miller, 78, of Reisterstown, died March 17, 2009, at Northwest Hospital Center, Randallstown.

He was born Sept. 15, 1930, in Pikesville, the son of Edward L. Miller and Virgie Naylor Miller.

He was the former spouse and best friend of Anita Blackburne Biondo Miller.

He was a bartender for 22 years at Spalding's in Pikesville and 24 years at Captain Harvey's in Reisterstown. He was an Army veteran.

Mr. Miller was predeceased by his parents.

Surviving are sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Myron Krieger of Owings Mills; brother Edward L. Miller of Virginia and life long friend Norman Schilling of Pikesville.

Funeral services were held March 23, 2009, at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, PA, Winfield, with Fr. Roger Butts, Episcopal Clergy officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn.
