Flooded roads re-open

Five roads that were closed Monday due to high water re-opened this morning after waters receded.
The final road opened at 4:30 a.m.
Baptist, Keysville Frederick County, Sixes Bridges and Mumma Foard roads were all closed Monday due to flooding, according to Vivian Laxton, public information administrator for Carroll County.
