The Carroll County Health Department is holding a low cost flu vaccination clinic for adults on Monday, Nov. 3, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its facility on South Center Street, Westminster.

The cost is $20 per adult. Those who are encouraged to get a flu shot are pregnant women, people age 50 and older, health care workers, people with certain health condition who are at high risk for serious flu complications, and those who live with or care for those at high risk for complications.
