"Mamie" Mcllhenny -- On Sunday, Nov. 16, 2-4 p.m., Caring Carroll Inc. will present "Mamie Eisenhower," the 34th president's wife, in the person of Ruthmary Mcllhenny, a popular local interpreter. The program will feature a light lunch with afternoon tea, and will be held at the St. Johns Portico, 43 Monroe St., Westminster.
