During the holiday season at the Carroll County Arts Center, 91 W. Main St., in Westminster, the group, Film Lovers in Carroll County will host a series of classic holiday movies and television specials. All are free except for the "Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas" movie and live concert.

For the free films, advance tickets are not needed. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Concessions will be available for sale and income will benefit the arts council's scholarship fund. Before the films, the council's 12th annual Festival of Wreaths exhibit will also be open for visitors. Call 410-848-7272 for details.
