WESTMINSTER — Due to this past week's weather, the Carroll County Board of Education postponed its budget public hearing and meeting from Feb. 10, and rescheduled it to Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 4 p.m. in Room 007 at 125 N. Court St., Westminster. A public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2011 operating budget will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Citizens will be given up to three minutes to speak.
