Century High School's play, "Romeo and Juliet," performed by the Shakespeare Factory, saw its debut this past Saturday, but the show will again have some complications this week due to the Century football team's continued success.
Last week, a Nov. 14 show was canceled due to the conflict with football.
This week, even though Century will again host a football game Friday evening at 7 p.m., the show will go on -- a performance on Friday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. will still be held.
However, the school is asking theater patrons to park in the school's center parking lot, directly in front of the school, and enter by the front doors. This will leave the side parking lots available for football attendees.
The play will be presented at Century High School's theater at 355 Ronsdale Road. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased before each show. Preshow starts half an hour before each show. Doors open one hour before each show.
Additional performance dates and times are Thursday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
