Carroll County Public Schools announced this week that Dr. David B. Dolch, currently head football coach at St. Paul's School in Brooklandville, has been named coordinator of athletics, facilities and transportation for Manchester Valley High School. Manchester Valley is set to open in August 2009.

Dolch has served as athletic director and head football coach at both Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa and Bowie State University. In both of those positions, he was responsible for more than 30 staff members and budgets ranging from $600,000 to $1.9 million.

He currently resides in Lutherville, with his wife, Kim.
