SYKESVILLE -- The South Carroll Business Association will hold its next luncheon meeting Wednesday, July 21 at noon, at Salerno's, 1043 Liberty Road, Eldersburg. Shepherd's Staff collecting for back-to-school drive

WESTMINSTER -- The Shepherd's Staff, a program aiding families in need, is hosting a back-to-school collection. School supplies, backpacks and monetary donations are being accepted through Aug. 31. Westminster farmers market held each Saturday
