ELDERSBURG — Century High School will host its seventh annual Century Idol show Saturday, March 13, beginning at 7 p.m. The cost is $8 at the door, plus a canned food item to benefit Carroll Food Sunday.

Finalists are Ashley Barr, Kori Norris, Elizabeth Anglin, Trish Estes and Kate Gagnon. The event is hosted by the Class of 2012 and has the theme of "Peace, Love, & Music." Proceeds benefit the Class of 2012's Prom Fund, and also Convoy of Hope's Mathare Valley School Project to help build schools for orphaned Kenyan children.
