A Healing Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Road, Eldersburg.

After Mass there will be a Healing Service with the purpose of praying for physical, emotional or spiritual needs. All prayer requests are kept in confidence. Catholic and non-Catholics alike are welcome. For more information call 443-920-9107.

AWANA Club -- Elders Baptist Church, 1216 Liberty Road, Sykesville, has begun a new year of its AWANA club. The program meets Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m. The club is open to children from age 3 (if potty trained) to the fifth grade, and focuses on Bible verses, songs, games and earning awards to display on uniforms.
