Irish 'Commitments' Film Lovers in Carroll County will host a screening of the film, "The Commitments," at Carroll Arts Center, 91 W. Tea time at CCC An American Girl Tea Party will be held Saturday, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m., at Carroll Community College, 1601 Washington Road, Westminster. Participants can make crafts, enjoy refreshments, take home Valentine's gifts and meet American Girl doll characters. The cost is $30 per child, and $5 per adult. The annual Toy Auction and Show hosted by the Taneytown Volunteer Fire Company will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Taneytown carnival grounds and activities building, 49 Memorial Dr., Taneytown.
